100% payment upon signing. Method: bank transfer or credit card. Service activated within 1 business day of receiving payment.

Party A: Timely payment; no account sharing with third parties; information confidentiality per contract; provide user list within 07 days.

Party B: Deliver services as committed; activate account within 1 business day; support throughout 12 months; guarantee quality and accuracy of project information.

Both parties commit to information confidentiality per Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection. Information used only for contract purposes. Data breaches notified within 72 hours.

Both parties commit to compliance with anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws. Disputes resolved by negotiation within 60 days; if unresolved, submitted to the competent People's Court in Hanoi.
