甲方注册，乙方提供 HOUSELINK Standard套餐 – Pro-Contractor Plus 自激活日起12个月，包括：访问HOUSELINK.vn平台、每月至少50条经核实的高质量线索、咨询支持及所选套餐的功能。

合同金额： $1.699 USD (≈ 44.300.000 VND)，含8% VAT，按签约日Vietcombank汇率计算。

签合同后100%付款。方式：银行转账或信用卡。收款后1个工作日内激活服务。

甲方： 按时付款；不与第三方共享账户；按合同保密信息；7天内提供用户名单。

乙方： 按承诺提供服务；1个工作日内激活账户；12个月全程支持；确保项目信息的质量和准确性。

双方承诺按13/2023/ND-CP号法令关于个人数据保护保密信息。信息仅用于合同目的。数据泄露在72小时内通知。

双方承诺遵守反腐败、反贿赂法律。争议在60天内通过协商解决；如无法解决，提交河内有管辖权的人民法院。

合同自签署之日起生效，12个月后自动终止。以越南语和英语各制作02份，具有同等法律效力；如有差异，越南语版本优先。

Party A registers and Party B provides the HOUSELINK Standard – Pro-Contractor Plus for 12 months from activation date, including: access to HOUSELINK.vn platform, minimum 50 verified quality leads/month, consultation support and features per selected package.

Contract value: $1,699 USD (≈ VND 44,300,000), inclusive of 8% VAT at Vietcombank rate on signing date. Payment: 100% upon signing. Service activated within 1 business day of receipt of payment.

Party A: Timely payment; no account sharing; information confidentiality; provide user list within 07 days.

Party B: Deliver services as committed; activate within 1 business day; support throughout 12 months; guarantee data quality and accuracy.

Both parties comply with Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection. Information used only for contract purposes. Data breaches notified within 72 hours.

Both parties comply with anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws. Disputes resolved by negotiation within 60 days; unresolved disputes submitted to competent People's Court in Hanoi.

Contract effective upon signing, automatically terminates after 12 months. Made in 02 copies in Vietnamese and English of equal validity; Vietnamese version prevails in case of discrepancy.
